To support the sustainability of open-access publishing and editorial operations, WARMTH applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) only after a manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and received an official Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

No submission fee or review fee is charged during the initial submission, editorial screening, or peer-review stages.

The APC covers editorial management, peer review administration, copyediting, layout editing, DOI registration, online publication, and long-term digital archiving.
